Bloomsbury Inspired Lampshade Painting

Taking inspiration from the Bloomsbury Group of artists and makers, we will spend a leisurely and mindful day discovering mark making and colour mixing, composition and design – all on the fabric surface of a lampshade.

No experience is required and all materials will be provided. Just bring an apron and an open mind!

Artist Jane and business partner Jane Howard formed Bloomsbury Revisited in 2020, a venture started as a fun project, born out of a love for Charleston Farmhouse. The business is thriving, creating and producing a collection of lampshades and bases and working on commissions. Taking inspiration from the flamboyant Bloomsbury Set residents, it remains a quirky, idiosyncratic, rather bohemian enterprise which they both enjoy without any desire or ambition for big brand status.
