Travel, memory and collections remind us of places we have been or would like to visit. Make a personal and meaningful repository for a special place (actual or imagined) of your choice. 

You will be making a small hanging or folding book depending on your chosen theme and materials. Working from techniques explored in her book Textile Travels, Anne will be using printing, fabric collage, hand and/or machine stitching. Look through your collections, selecting old and new pieces of fabric, ephemera and decorative paper to use for your piece. A sewing machine is helpful but not necessary. This course is suitable for participants with all levels of experience.
